Conditions for Returns

In order for items to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The items were purchased in the last 30 days.
The items are in the original packaging.
The items were not used or damaged.

Restocking Fee

Please note that a 25% restocking fee will apply to any returned order.

The following items cannot be returned:

Any items made to your specifications or clearly personalized, including all custom orders.

All sale items are marked as FINAL SALE and are not returnable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order due to buyer’s remorse, please be aware that a 10% cancellation fee will apply.

Returning Items

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items to us. Please send the items to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us. Exchanges are only available for items that you received in defective or damaged condition.
