MATERIALS
Baking Pan : Heavy-gauge steel underbody, hand-glazed and painted with Courtly Check decoration. Oven safe to 400 degrees F. Oven Mitt : 100% cotton shell and lining. Embellished with a leather tab and brass grommet.
CARE AND USE
Baking Pan : Oven safe to 400 degrees F. Dishwasher safe; for best results; hand-wash with mild soap and dry immediately. Our enamelware exceeds both federal food safety regulations and California's Proposition 65, the strictest environmental safety standards in the U.S. Baking Pan : Handle enamelware with care, and discontinue use for food service if it becomes chipped, cracked, or broken. Oven Mitt : Machine wash cold with like colors, no bleach. Tumble dry low. Warm iron if needed. Do not dry clean.
